Remedy and Alex Dimitracopoulos are by far the best credit card processing outfit I have ever worked with. We at NorthStar Moving have been in business for 25 years and have been getting paid by our clients by credit cards for all of this time. Over the years we have used the big banks and smaller more boutique outfits. They all start out with an attractive quote and creep their prices over time. We have been using Remedy for almost a decade and in all this time they stayed competitive and consistent with their pricing saving us hundreds of thousands of dollars of dollars if not seven figures over time. Additionally, to top it all off, Alex Dimitracopoulos is always a phone call away for any questions or anything special and out of the ordinary that needs to be dealt with. His knowledge in this credit card processing industry is beyond any other banker or broker I have ever spoken with about the subject. I highly recommend Alex and his team.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your assistance during our transition from Square to Remedy and their solution mobile reader solution. We initially hesitated to make the switch because as many other business owners, our days are busy and making the time to transfer out account seemed like a daunting task. From day one, Remedy make the entire process seamless. Not only was the switch much easier than we anticipated, but the cost savings versus Square’s fees is HUGE! The mobile application is extremely user friendly as are the card devices. We like receiving a monthly statement (Square did not provide one) which is detailed and helps us understand how we are charged per transaction. I am most impressed by the follow up we have received by the Remedy team. Every time we have had questions our emails/calls are answered promptly. We appreciate all of their assistance and could not be more pleased with our decision to make the switch!

It took some time for us to decide on switching to Remedy, but we are glad we did! Our drivers are now accepting in person payments in the field with mobile readers. Remedy made it easy to implement the new equipment as they were extremely hands on during setup and training. Our customers like it better because they don’t have to give their credit card information over the telephone and we like it better because our rates are lower. Great company with 5 stars all day!

A little over a year ago I was in the same position as you and very reluctant to make a change, but rest assured you’ve found the right company to process your credit card sales. Prior to making the move to Remedy I contacted numerous processing companies to pinpoint what rate we would be charged, but I was never able to get a straight answer. With Remedy, the rates are competitive and straightforward and having Zach as a dedicated representative for any questions or concerns adds a nice personal touch, which makes the transition a no brainer!

We are blown away on how easy it was to switch from our old merchant processor to Remedy. Not to mention how user friendly their Virtual Terminal is!!! We are still learning of course, but after dealing with (previous processor) and the terrible service I received from them, I just have to say my stress level has dropped tremendously. Remedy is the best Credit Card/Merchant Processing Services. Their customer service is outstanding. Our previous credit card company left much to be desired. Zach and Alex from Remedy provided us with rates that save us a TON of money. We switched to Remedy in January of 2018. Lower processing rates was my only expectation. However, there are so many additional features that save me time. My favorite is Auto Payments

(recurring charges). My storage clients can have their credit card charged automatically each month. This saves tons of time every month!  I love the “Click-to-Pay” link for my customers to use that Remedy implemented. Remedy has found one happy customer with Redwood Moving and Storage!

Remedy has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive to our needs. Every time I have presented them with an issue, they have taken care of it immediately (if possible). In one instance, where my company, AMS Bekins, and Remedy were “Middlemen”, Remedy followed up daily with me and had a great repour with my customer as well. The owner, Alex took the time to explain to the customer that AMS Bekins was not responsible for the issue at hand, it was the clients bank. Communication is key to success and Remedy does it brilliantly.
