I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your assistance during our transition from Square to Remedy and their solution mobile reader solution. We initially hesitated to make the switch because as many other business owners, our days are busy and making the time to transfer out account seemed like a daunting task. From day one, Remedy make the entire process seamless. Not only was the switch much easier than we anticipated, but the cost savings versus Square’s fees is HUGE! The mobile application is extremely user friendly as are the card devices. We like receiving a monthly statement (Square did not provide one) which is detailed and helps us understand how we are charged per transaction. I am most impressed by the follow up we have received by the Remedy team. Every time we have had questions our emails/calls are answered promptly. We appreciate all of their assistance and could not be more pleased with our decision to make the switch!
I cannot say enough great things about Remedy & we couldn’t be happier! The money we saved was great but they way they navigate questions and problems you have is amazing. In one instance, where my company, AMS Bekins, and Remedy were “Middlemen”, Remedy followed up daily with me and had a great repour with my customer as well. The owner, Alex took the time to explain to the customer that AMS Bekins was not responsible for the issue at hand, it was the clients bank. Communication is key to success and Remedy does it brilliantly.
