Real answers, no run-around.

Most merchants are approved and ready to start accepting card payments within 3-4 business days of submitting and electronically signing a completed application. In some cases, approval can happen even sooner. Timelines may extend if your application is pended for additional documents or information during underwriting, so submitting a complete application up front is the fastest path to going live.

The exact documents depend on your business type, processing volume, and underwriting requirements from the processing bank. Commonly requested items include:

  • A voided check or bank letter for the account where funds will be deposited
  • Recent bank statements
  • Previous processing statements (if you’ve processed cards before)
  • Tax returns or tax documents (typically required for businesses processing over $1 million annually)
  • A utility bill or business license to verify your business
  • Government-issued photo ID (required for Canadian merchants)

If anything additional is needed, your Account Executive will reach out directly.

No. We don’t lock you into a long-term contract, and there are no cancellation or early termination fees. We believe in earning your business every month rather than holding you to one.

Funds are typically deposited into your bank account the next business day after a transaction is batched out. If your bank processes deposits on weekends, you may also see funds post on Saturdays or Sundays. Please note that federal banking holidays may delay deposits, since funding follows the Federal Reserve’s processing schedule.

Just reach out to our support team to get started. We’ll first walk you through a quick security verification, then send the necessary documents for electronic signature. You’ll also need to provide a voided check or bank letter for the new account (please note: starter checks and direct deposit forms can’t be accepted). Once we receive your signed paperwork, we submit the change to our back-end processing bank, and it typically takes 1-3 business days to take effect.
